Sign up for a free account, click "Create Event", fill in your event details including name, date, location, and ticket types, then publish. Your event goes live instantly.
We support Mobile Money (M-Pesa, Orange Money, Airtel Money), bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), and direct Mobile Money payments. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
After purchasing a ticket, a unique QR code is generated and sent to the attendee via email. At the event entrance, staff scan the QR code to verify and validate entry. Each code can only be used once, preventing fraud.
Creating an event is free. TIXYA charges a small service fee per ticket sold, which is included in the ticket price. You only pay when you make money.
Refund policies are set by each event organizer. Check the event page for specific refund terms. If a refund is available, you can request it up to 24 hours before the event starts.
